The South Sands Hotel & Beachside Restaurant is a contemporary boutique hotel,located on the beach in South Sands bay, just outside Salcombe, South Devon. Beautiful rooms and beach suites sit above the beach side restaurant and terrace that offer stunning views of the estuary.
In 2012, The marketingshed was approached by Stephen Ball, Director at The South Sands Hotel to oversee and manage all marketing activity on a freelance basis. Since this time, the marketingshed has managed the re-design and build of the South Sands website, created a targeted, informative newsletter, devised and managed an all encompassing marketing strategy which included comprehensive plans for advertising, promotions, social media, and events.
In addition to the above and in association with agencies What I do Best and Big Helping, the marketingshed also managed the re-brand of the South Sands hotel to ensure consistency across all methods of communication and managed all marketing for the hotel's sister company The Anchor Inn, at Ugborough.
